Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of your purchase where we will refund or exchange your product provided you are eligible for return. After 30 days we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

 

To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and must have its original swing tags, packaging and be in be new condition. We will provide refunds for faulty, incorrect or damaged products however unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind or not liking a product. 

You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be at the buyers expense.

 

Refunds or Exchange

Once we have received your item and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for 7 days for your payment to be processed. You are able to exchange your item to a product of equal or lesser value but will not receive credit if the item is of lesser value.

Privacy Policy

Jax and Rio collects and stores information you enter on this website or provide to us in any other way, along with your IP address and purchase history. We only gather this information for the purpose of providing you services and processing your purchases and we will never share or sell your information to a third party provider. This website is hosted by the reputable company WIX and all your data is stored on secure servers behind a firewall. 

WIX offers secure payment gateways such as Stripe and Pay Pal that collect your payment data directly via payment links and Jax and Rio do not have access to any of your payment information.
